Shaheed studied Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering at Maldives National University and graduated in 2013. During the study Shaheed worked at Maldives Land & Survey Authority as an Assistant Geomatics Technician. In 2013 he won a scholarship to pursue Bachelor of Quantity Surveying at Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. During his study he worked at AZM Perunding Ukur Bahan in Malaysia as a Quantity Surveyor Trainee. After graduating in 2016, Shaheed joined Ministry of National Planning & Infrastructure where he worked as a Quantity Surveyor. Prior to joining Design Express, he has also worked at Binarch Design Associates.

Shaheed joined Design Express in 2017. He is responsible for estimating construction costs and preparing Bill of Quantities and Bill of Materials. He is also responsible for building valuation and due diligence assessment. Some of the key projects he has worked on include: Sea Rose, Rose Field, LOT 11100, Masjid Al’Ikhlaas, Villa College South Wing Tower 2, LOT 11104, Silverge Aage, Pearl Guesthouse and Three A Villa.
